The BRAS Maestrale Extra is a professional cold drink dispenser designed for chilling and dispensing non-carbonated beverages. Available in 12-liter and 20-liter bowl options, with 1, 2, or 3 bowl configurations, it is suitable for cafés, restaurants, hotels, buffets, convenience stores, and other foodservice operations.
Built for daily commercial use, the Maestrale Extra features a stainless steel body, BPA-free shatterproof PETG/Tritan container, air-cooled refrigeration system, rubber tap, hermetic compressor, internal mechanical temperature control, and easy-to-disassemble components for faster cleaning and maintenance.
The unit is available in two versions: AA agitator version for consistent product mixing, and P fountain pump version for improved product presentation.
